A construction management agreement is a document drafted when an individual or an organization takes the responsibility of managing a construction project undertaken by a construction company. The details mentioned in the agreement are the details of the construction project and the management fees.

 Sample Construction Management Agreement

 This construction agreement has been made on this day of 6th July, 2010 between High Constructions Limited which has its office at 700 Glenbrook, Waterford, Michigan and Ms. Goldie Brown, as the representative of the management company having its office at 12660 Wilmot Road, New York, New Jersey 5120.

 Terms and Conditions:

  •  The construction company shall be liable to pay the management company, a sum of $ 100000 per project.
  • In case the liable company fails to make the agreed payment or delays it, the management company can take legal actions against the company and ask for reimbursement.
  •  The management company can take liberties while carrying out the functions provided if it has the consent of the construction company.
