And as anyone who lives with purpose knows, purpose gives us passion.

A discussion last night with Differencemakers conducted by Ian Berry on a willability webinar discussed how passion develops from purpose.

One of the participants was Kwai who in his Linchpin Academy has turned Maslow’s hierarchy of needs upside down and added to it to help people live and work with purpose and passion.

These are just a few instances that show that PURPOSE is key to business strategy and growth. And successful businesses develop passion because they have purpose. And when people are passionate and purposeful then performance follows.

So if you want success for your life or business:

Be Purposeful
Once you are on purpose then follow your passion
And with purpose and passion do your best every single solitary day.
